Land Quality Management Limited (LQM) is working with partners on a product line called Pangolin Geo. LQM is administering the sign up for the Pangolin Geo mailing list and the associated collection of personal details from people who join the mailing list. LQM is selling Pangolin Geo and the associated collection of personal details from customers.
LQM is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected and that we are compliant with all relevant privacy and data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
This Privacy Policy describes how LQM collects, uses, discloses and protects your Personal Information when you visit the Site or subscribe to the Pangolin Geo Mailing List

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. If you are the parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at the address below to request deletion.
Sharing Personal Information
We share your Personal Information with service providers to help us provide our services and fulfill our contracts with you, as described above. For example:

- We may share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

The Pangolin Geo Mailing List
We collect your personal data when you sign up to the Pangolin Geo Mailing List, which we use to send you information about Pangolin Geo.
We use a third party provider, MailChimp, to manage the Pangolin Geo Mailing List and send out emails to you. This allows us to gather statistics about email opening and link clicks; we use industry standard technologies to do this, which helps us to monitor and improve the communications we send out. We recommend that you read MailChimp’s Privacy notice and Terms so that you are informed about what they do with your personal data.
We only use the data that we collect when you sign up for the Pangolin Geo Mailing List to email you about Pangolin Geo, to check that our records are up to date and accurate and to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information from/to you.
By signing up to the Pangolin Geo Mailing List you are giving LQM permission to share your details with our partners working on Pangolin Geo.
LQM don’t rent or trade this data with third parties, with the exception of sharing with other partners working on Pangolin Geo, we only transfer this data outside of LQM when we are required to do so by law.
What we collect

Subscribing, updating and unsubscribing
Subscribing to the Pangolin Geo Mailing List is voluntary and requires active consent to join. You will be sent an email confirming that you have joined the List and you can opt-out, or update your details, at any time. All emails sent to members of the list include ”unsubscribe” and ”Update preferences” links. If you wish to withdraw your consent for us to contact you for the purposes outlined above, please use the “unsubscribe” link to do so.
We may retain your personal data indefinitely, even if you unsubscribe. This is so we have a record that you requested to be unsubscribed. If you require your personal data to be permanently erased, see the - Controlling personal data - you rights - section below.
Security
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we believe that we have put in place reasonable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the personal data we collect via the Pangolin Geo Mailing List.
Controlling personal data – your rights
You can ask us to tell you about how we are processing your personal data and give to you, or another data controller, the personal data that we hold about you by making a request to us. You can also request that we rectify inaccurate data, or complete incomplete data that we hold about you. In certain circumstances, you may be able request that we erase some or all of your personal data. We don’t currently do any automated decision-making using your data, and nor do we automatically process your data to evaluate anything about you. If this changes, we’ll update this notice to reflect that.
Purchase of Licences for Pangolin Geo
Customer data collected for the purpose of purchase of Licences for Pangolin Geo will be processed as set out in LQM's Privacy Policy.
In addition, by purchasing a licence for Pangolin Geo you are giving LQM permission to share your details with our partners working on Pangolin Geo
Transfer of Ownership
In the event of a transfer of ownership of Pangolin Geo to a new company or entity, we may share mailing list data and customer data as part of the ownership transition. This may include, but is not limited to, personal information, usage data, sales data and any other information collected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We will ensure that any transfer of mailing list data and customer data to the new company is conducted in compliance with applicable data protection laws and regulations. The new company or entity will assume all rights and obligations regarding the mailing list data and customer data in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in this Privacy Policy.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any such ownership transfer, either through direct communication or by posting a prominent notice on our website or other communication channels. Your continued use of our products or services and continued receipt of email communications from the mailing list following the ownership transfer shall constitute your consent to the sharing of your customer data and/or mailing list data, with the new company, as described herein.
