Asbestos in soil & made ground: Presentation to EU Common Forum, Naples (ITALY), 9-10 October 2014

Following on from our work leading the development of the UK first guide on asbestos in soil since 1990, Paul Nathanail (you can follow him on Twitter: @cpnathanail) gave a presentation to policy makers and regulators from across Europe during the Common Forum meeting that was held in Naples in October 2014.

The presentation, entitled “The UK approach to assessing & managing asbestos in soil & made ground”, included details of the flow charts on preliminary risk assessment and risk evaluation that were developed for the CIRIA C733 Guide to the management of asbestos in soil and made ground (copies available to purchase direct from CIRIA).
