Finding Us

Sir Colin Campbell Building

In September 2011, LQM moved to the Colin Campbell Building at the The University of Nottingham Innovation Park, part of the University's Jubilee Campus.  A location map can be obtained here; the Colin Campbell building is numbered 12 on the map. Upon arrival at the Colin Campbell building, please sign in at reception located at one end of the overpass bridge and someone will come and meet you.

Our training courses are normally held in one of the training suites within the Sir Colin Campbell Building.  Please report to reception upon arrival  (However, delegates should consult their joining instructions as other venues are also used).

By Car

From the M1 Junction 25, follow the A52 round three roundabouts following signs for Nottingham and the City Centre.  At the fourth roundabout, should go straight across on to the A6200 still following the city centre.  Drive past the Queens Medical Centre (QMC) on your right.  Turn left into Triumph Road just before the Jaguar Car showroom. Continue down Triumph Road passing under a large silver building.  This is the Sir Colin Campbell Building.

Parking: Parking is located immediately adjacent to the Sir Colin Campbell Building, signposted "Innovation Park Permit Holders and Visitor Parking only".  Visitors and course delegates must park in the visitors section of the car park.  The car park is pay-and-display with coin only machines.  Charges are currently £7 per day. (Please note parking penalty tickets may be issued for incorrect parking).  Course delegates should refer to their joining instructions regarding day vouchers for parking.  Overflow parking is available at 9, Triumph Road.  The car park is marked as "IPD" and the overflow parking as "PD" on this map.

SatNav Users: If you are using satellite navigation, our post code is NG7 2TU. However, we also recommend that you download/print a copy of this map to help you locate the appropriate car parking etc.

By Train

Our offices can be reached from the main Nottingham Station, which receives regular trains from most parts of the UK, but can also be reached from Beeston Station.  We would recommend you alight at Nottingham station, turn right at the main entrance and walk down the road to the Broadmarsh Bus Station.  See this map for more details. From there buses run regularly (see below)

By Bus

The following bus routes to/from Nottingham City Centre run past the Jubilee campus: Indigo, Rainbow 4 (Trent Barton Buses) and 34, 35, 36, 37 (Nottingham City Transport).  There are buses every two minutes or so from Nottingham City Centre in the daytime Monday to Saturday.

All buses have screens showing the name of the next stop on board. Please consult this map, which has bus stops marked, for more details.  If travelling towards Nottingham City Centre, alight at the Triumph Road bus stop and turn left onto Triumph Road.  If travelling from Nottingham City Centre, alight at Hillside bus stop, cross the road and turn right and then left onto Triumph Road.  Our offices are only a pleasant five minute walk away.

By Plane

East Midlands Airport: Our offices are located approximately 13 miles from Nottingham East Midlands Airport and can be reached by bus or taxi.  By bus, take the Indigo service, which runs regulalry 24/7, ask for the "Triumph Road stop"from where we are a short walk away.  Taxis are also available at the Airport.  Journey times vary dependant on the potentially heavy traffic.

Birmingham Airport: Birmingham Airport is some 60 miles away and is served by flights to many European cities and destinations in the USA and the Middle East.  You can catch a train from Birmingham International Station and change at Birmingham New Street for connections to Nottingham or Beeston.  A taxi from the airport to our offices usually costs around £60 and takes around one hour.

By Bicycle

Cycle routes are well sign posted at the University of Nottingham, but please ensure that you follow signs to the "Jubilee Campus".   Cycle racks are available outside the Reception of the Colin Campbell Building, but please use a stout lock and remove any accessories just in case!  Showers are available, please ask a member of LQM staff if you wish to avail yourself of this facility.
